SIGNUP PRIVACY
A CLEAR
INTRODUCTION.
What happens when you send the VIP Waitlist form.
Information in the form
The form collects your first name, email address, selected offer, optional flavor and city preferences, optional Padres interest, consent to brand and launch emails. It may also include the page or campaign link that brought you to the form.
Where your signup is stored
Your signup is securely transmitted to Google Apps Script and stored in the H2O Power team’s Google Sheet to manage the VIP Waitlist. No automatic confirmation email is sent when you join.
How the information is used
The submitted information is used for managing your launch interest and sending the H2O Power updates you requested. The form does not request payment details. Joining does not create a paid membership or subscription.
Your choices
To ask about your information, request removal or stop emails, contact theforgedagencysd@gmail.com. Include the email address you used to sign up.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and completed VIP signups. Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information about your browser and visit. We do not send the VIP form’s name, email address, preferences or request identifier to Analytics. Amazon-link clicks measure interest, not purchases.
Google analytics and tag-management scripts load only after you allow analytics. Advertising storage and personalization remain disabled in this update. Choose “No thanks” to continue without optional analytics. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” in the footer. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing consent clears this site’s Analytics cookies and reloads the page.
Google’s privacy policy explains its processing of information. The VIP signup form and its email consent remain separate from this analytics choice.
External services
Google processes and stores signup information under its privacy policy. Wistia video players load only when you choose to play a film; viewing an embedded film connects to Wistia. No Mailchimp tracking code has been added to this site.
